CareerStaff Unlimited, a division of Genesis HealthCare, is looking to add an energetic, positive, and driven Staffing Manager to our growing ReadyNurse team in Tampa, FL! POSITION SUMMERY: 
 
This Staffing Manager role will be responsible for providing the highest level of recruiting sourcing services to our ReadyNurse team as well as scheduling our current employees with various clients. This individual will perform both conventional and creative sourcing activities from initial sourcing to phone interviews and qualification. A wide degree of creativity, out-of-the-box sourcing strategies and personal organization is required.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 
  1. Supervises day-to-day activities of Staffing Coordinator(s) and Field Employees.
  2. Develops and executes a recruiting strategy to target and place employees for staffing assignments. 
  3. Manages hiring process through sourcing and interviewing candidates, offering and negotiating positions, credentialing and on-boarding new hires.
  4. Processes client job orders, which includes presenting qualified candidates to clients while maintaining exceptional customer service skills.
  5. Executes bill and pay rate negotiations with employees and clients, based on client job orders.
  6. Contacts prospective, existing and active customers through multiple channels such as telephone, client site visits and email to develop business.
  7. Oversees payroll processing to ensure all employees are paid correctly in a timely fashion.
  8. Acts a benefits designee for branch; responds to benefits questions from field staff; refers more complex benefits issues to the corporate benefits department.
  9. Tracks recruitment and marketing results through various reports.
  10. Maintains profit margins and recruitment quota in accordance with set goals
  11. Maintains potential candidate pool and working employees in assignments, while coordinating retention efforts and extension of assignments.
  12. Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations related to all business practices.  Participates in Joint Commission accreditation survey process and maintains all files and records to ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, where appropriate.
  13. Other duties and projects as assigned.


JOB SKILLS:
 
  1. Written and verbal communication skills to function with all levels of management and staff.
  2. Proficient in computer skills including MicroSoft Office products (WORD, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as applicant tracking software and social media tools such as FaceBook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
  3. Ability to establish and achieve goals, prioritize and perform multiple functions and tasks. 
  4. Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  5. Excellent customer service skills.
  6. Demonstrates sense of urgency in completing assignments.


SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
 
  1. Bachelor’s Degree, required
  2. 2 years Sales and Customer Service experience
  3. 2 years recent Staffing and Recruiting experience
  4. Healthcare staffing experience, preferred
