POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary focus of this recruiting role will be the recruitment of Interim Leadership and staff nurses, within the post-acute and senior living arena.  In addition to working a “full desk”, our recruiters assist with direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES | ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 
  • High volume unsolicited recruitment phone calls
  • Identify, vet, and credential candidates for interim placement
  • Networking via social media 
  • Maintaining job postings and resume searches
  • Mass communication campaigns
  • Proactively seek opportunities to assist with the growth and development of division
  • Attend trade shows
  • Efficiently maintain and update client and applicant tracking systems
  • Develop and execute recruitment and marketing plans generating new business
  • Negotiate contract and compensation with candidates
  • Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of clients and prospects, nationwide
  • Track recruitment and marketing results through various reports
  • Maintain profit margins and recruitment quota in accordance with set goals
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations related to all business practices.  Participate in Joint Commission accreditation survey process and maintain all files and records to ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, where appropriate.

JOB SKILLS:
 
  1. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with all levels of management and staff.
  2. Must display a professional approach to communication, customer service, and teamwork, as there is a high degree of interaction with various levels of employees, clients, visitors and outside consultants.
  3. Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office products (WORD, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as applicant tracking software and social media tools such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
  4. Ability to establish and achieve sales goals, prioritize and perform multiple functions and tasks. 
  5. Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  6. Excellent customer service skills.
  7. Demonstrates sense of urgency in completing assignments.


SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
 
  1. Bachelor’s Degree, preferred. A focus in Business, Marketing, Communication, or Healthcare/Healthcare Administration preferred, but not necessary.
  2. 3 years Healthcare recruiting experience 
  3. Other tasks as requested in situations where hands-on intervention/participation may be required.
